ARKA is a design practice, not a production office. We hire people who want to practice architecture—who care about how buildings are made, how spaces feel, and how design decisions affect the people who use them.
Studio Culture
Our studio is located on Main Boulevard, DHA, Lahore. We work on projects ranging from private residences to high-rise developments. Team members engage across project phases, from early concept through construction observation.
Design-Led Practice
Every project is an opportunity to solve problems well. We invest time in design development. We explore options. We refine details.
Learning Environment
Architecture is learned through practice. Senior team members mentor junior staff. Design reviews are teaching opportunities.
Direct Involvement
No separation between "design architects" and "production staff." Team members participate in client meetings, site visits, and design decisions.
Professional Standards
We produce documentation that contractors can build from. Our drawings are complete, coordinated, and clear.

Junior Architect
Full-timeExperience: 0-3 years
Architecture degree required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Working toward or holding PCATP registration.
Responsibilities:
- Design development support
- Construction drawing production
- 3D modeling and visualization
- Site observation assistance
Project Architect
Full-timeExperience: 5+ years
Registered architect preferred. Demonstrated project leadership. Strong technical documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from concept through construction
- Manage client relationships
- Coordinate consultants
- Mentor junior staff
Architectural Intern
Internship (3-6 months)Experience: Current student or recent graduate
Current architecture students or recent graduates. Exposure to professional practice across project types.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in actual project work
- Drafting and modeling
- Construction observation
- Design research support
3D Visualization Specialist
Full-timeExperience: 2+ years
Experience with architectural visualization. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent. Portfolio demonstrating photorealistic rendering capability.
Responsibilities:
- Produce renderings and animations
- Create VR experiences
- Support design presentations
- Develop marketing materials
