About the Project
Rawat Technology Park is designed as a hub for innovation, entrepreneurship and technological growth, intended to foster collaboration between startups, established firms and creative professionals.
Spanning more than 50 acres, the development includes Pakistan's largest co-working space with a seating capacity of more than 2,000. The project's estimated development budget is in the range of PKR 3 billion.
Interiors combine open work floors, breakout lounges, meeting rooms and social spaces, with material selection focused on durability and maintenance practicality. By integrating education, innovation space and enterprise infrastructure, the park is positioned as regional technology infrastructure rather than a single building.
