Creative Arts Department
Open steel-framed terraces wrap a curved timber-clad volume, giving studios shaded outdoor workspace and the department a recognisable identity on campus.

About the Project
A creative arts department building organising studios, workshops and exhibition space around a curved, timber-clad volume.
Open steel-framed terraces wrap the building, giving each studio level shaded outdoor workspace and a covered circulation route that doubles as informal review and display space.
The structure is deliberately expressive: exposed framing, planting at every level and a glazed vertical circulation core make the building's workings legible from outside.
