About the Project
This master-planned university campus spans 800 acres in Lahore's educational zone, designed to accommodate academic, residential, recreational and research facilities within a cohesive and sustainable framework.
The layout emphasises clear pedestrian circulation, green open spaces and efficient vehicular access. Key components include academic and research zones with faculties, libraries, labs and innovation centres; student housing, dining and common areas; sports and recreation with stadium, courts and tracks; and faculty and staff housing within the campus.
The estimated investment is in the range of PKR 20 to 30 billion, accounting for infrastructure, built facilities, utility networks, landscaping and phased construction planning.
